Enclosure to the letter from Sebastian Relard

Enclosure 3

Monvesta Academy

Client project · in operation

A learning platform for share analysis with a portfolio overview, plus the website where prospective members get in touch and sign up.

The task

Monvesta Academy teaches share analysis using its own model with ten factors. It needed two parts that work together: a website where prospects get in touch and become members, and a protected platform where members learn and analyse.

The part that saves office work sits in between: contacts, payments and course access are handled without anyone typing anything up or granting access by hand.

An example

How it works

  1. A prospect signs up on the website, for example for a free guide.
  2. The contact lands in the CRM straight away, as a new entry or added to the existing one.
  3. They receive an email to confirm their sign-up.
  4. New members pay online by subscription and enrol in the course with one click. When the membership ends, course access ends too.
  5. The team updates texts, guides, webinars and testimonials itself in the CMS.

The members’ platform

Members assess a share in eight quantitative and twelve qualitative steps. At the end there is an overall score and a profile across ten factors such as moat, management and brand. There is also a portfolio overview with allocation and history, and the course area.

Status and limits

In operation
The website, membership with online payment, the platform and the course area are live (as of October 2026).
Replaced
An earlier invoicing back end for course sales has been replaced; membership now runs as a subscription.
My role
I programmed the website and the platform; the team looks after the content.
“The learning platform Sebastian built for us is exactly what we needed. Clean, fast, and the users love it.”
Laura M., founder, on Monvesta Academy (translated from German)
Technical details

Website: Next.js with Sanity as the CMS, Zoho as the CRM, confirmation emails via Brevo, membership via Stripe. Platform: Next.js with Supabase, and Clerk for sign-in; the course area is connected to systeme.io.

When a membership ends, the platform removes course access. An outage at one of the services does not lock anyone out; a daily reconciliation tidies up afterwards.
